LIVE infiltrated this year's MOBO awards, with around 20 of our contributors in the audience for the ceremony. As our correspondent Dannyelle reports:
"this was an amazing feeling for me as this was my first time I have ever been to such an event. And being in the presence of so many talented people from different parts of the entertainment industry, the likes of Ne-yo, Robin Thicke, Former Heavyweight champion of the world Frank Bruno, and Quentin Tarentino. For me one of the best bits of the MOBOs was when Kano & Craig David came and tore the stage up with their collaboration "This Is The Girl I Want," and when one half of the host of the awards (Jamelia) came out in some skin tight shorts Grrrrrrr!"
This year's MOBO magazine also featured some of LIVE's top writers, including Limara Salt, Bertan Budak, Hyper-Frank, Carlene Thomas-Bailey and Mahta Hassanzedah, who chipped in with features and interviews for the one-off publication.

HOT OFF THE PRESS!
The new issue of LIVE Magazine has arrived! And it's the best yet.
Thanks to our new superstar production manager, Emma Ellwood, for the first time ever, LIVE has gone "perfect bound", which means it has a proper spine instead of staples - PROFESSIONAL!
Even more importantly it's the first issue under the control of new editor, Mahta Hassanhzadeh, 18, and deputy editor Mervin Martin, 21.
They've done an amazing job, cramming the issue full of interesting, inspiring and entertaining articles on subjects as diverse as rock climbing, lung cancer, computer game addiction, fashion jobs, dating and gardening!
There is a special section of amazing illustrations by talented young artists, a pull-out poster photostory about binge drinking and all the usual columns, reviews and news.
Big respect to Art Director Corinne too for designing nearly the whole issue without a design mentor to help out in double quick time.

Gordy bigs up LIVE
Gordon Brown has included LIVE Futures Directors Sam and Michelle in a new book he has written called "Britain's Everyday Heroes".
Launched today, the book tells the story of 33 ordinary people from the UK whose willing commitment to a cause or a community has informed or inspired the new Prime Minister.
In the book, Gordon writes:
"They are doing something unique: applying one of the most modern
techniques, youth marketing, to one of the most enduring challenges,
helping young people fulfill their potential.
What is most striking about Sam and Michelle is the ease with which they combine business acumen and drive with care and empathy for each of the young people whose lives they touch.
They have created a dynamic business and a safe and welcoming place
that engages young people on their terms and gives them opportunities
to develop their talents and ambitions.
Sam and Michelle have very big ambitions for how their model could
spread, and hearing them explain not only the values but the logic
that underpins their work, one can't but help feel they may just have
what it takes to realise their dreams."
